  • Stand naturally: Stand upright with full weight on the foot being measured. Do not sit.
  • Trace your foot: Keep pen vertical and trace the outline. Ask for help for accuracy.
  • Measure heel to toe: Measure from back of heel to the longest toe in centimeters.
  • Repeat both feet: Use the larger measurement for the correct fit.

  • Chest: With arms relaxed, measure around the fullest part of the chest.
  • Waist: Measure around the natural waistline, the smallest part.
  • Inseam: Measure inside leg from crotch to bottom of ankle.
